What is a Video Testimonial?
A video testimonial is a submission where the customer leaves a video instead of a written testimonial. Video testimonials appear in your widgets with a thumbnail and a play button. Video uploads on your forms are enabled by default.

How Many Video Testimonials Can I Collect?
This depends on your plan:

Business / Founders | Unlimited (100GB or roughly 1,000 testimonial videos) |
Once you reach your video limit, customers can still submit text testimonials — only the video upload option is blocked.
How Video Testimonials Appear in Widgets
When a widget displays a testimonial that includes a video:
A thumbnail (auto-generated) is shown on the card
A play button overlay appears on the thumbnail
Rating, name and title overlay on the thumbnail
Clicking it plays the video inline
Approving Video Testimonials
Video testimonials follow the same approval flow as text ones — they start as Pending and must be approved before appearing in widgets.
After approving, allow a moment for the video to finish processing if it was just submitted.
Checking Your Video Usage
Go to Settings → Usage
Look at the Video Testimonials stat
It shows how many you've used out of your plan limit
If you're approaching your limit and need more, upgrade to the Business or Founders plan for unlimited video testimonials.
