Testimonials
Managing testimonials
There are two places to manage testimonials:
Testimonials page — All testimonials across every space, in one view
Space detail page — Testimonials belonging to a specific space (go to Spaces → click a space)

Approving and Rejecting Testimonials
New testimonials start as Pending and won't appear in your widgets until approved.
To approve individually: Click the checkmark icon on a testimonial card.
To approve in bulk:
Select multiple testimonials using by clicking them
An action bar appears at the bottom of the screen
Click Approve

To unapprove a testimonial (move it back to pending), click the X icon on the card or select Unapprove in the action bar.
Filtering and Searching
Use the filters above the testimonial list to find what you need:
Filter | Options |
Status | All / Approved / Pending |
Space | All Spaces / Unassigned / [specific space] |
Search | Name, email or testimonial content |
Filters work together — for example, you can search for a name and filter by pending at the same time.
Editing a Testimonial
To edit a testimonial's details:
Click the edit icon on the testimonial card
Update any field inline: name, email, job title, company, rating, or content
Save your changes
Bulk Actions
Select multiple testimonials to perform batch operations:
Approve / Unapprove — Bulk publish or unpublish
Connect to space — Assign unassigned testimonials to a space
Disconnect from space — Remove from a space without deleting
Delete — Permanently remove (shows a confirmation dialog)
Use Select All to apply actions to all testimonials matching your current filters.
Deleting a Testimonial
Deleted testimonials are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Click the delete icon on a testimonial card. A confirmation dialog will appear before anything is deleted.
