Navigating the dashboard
Your dashboard is the central hub of Proofsy. After signing in, you'll land here every time.
The Sidebar
On the left side of every page is the navigation sidebar with links to each section of the app:
Dashboard — Overview of your account metrics and recent activity
Spaces — Your testimonial collection spaces
Testimonials — All testimonials across every space
Widgets — Embeddable widgets for your website
Import — Pull in testimonials from external platforms
Settings — Manage your account, billing, and usage
The Dashboard Overview
The main dashboard shows four key metrics at a glance:
Card | What it shows |
Total Testimonials | All testimonials collected across all spaces |
Active Spaces | Number of spaces currently set to live |
Total Widgets | Number of widgets you've created |
Average Rating | Average star rating across all testimonials |
Below the metrics, you'll see a Pending Testimonials section showing your three most recent unreviewed submissions, with a link to view all pending ones.
If you're new and haven't created a space yet, you'll see a quick-start prompt to help you get going.
The Top Bar
The top right corner contains your profile menu. Click your avatar or name to access account settings or log out.
