Updating Your Name

1. Go to Settings in the sidebar

2. You'll land on the Account tab by default

3. Under your profile, find the Full Name section

4. Click Edit

5. Type your new name and click Save

Changing Your Password

1. Go to Settings → Account

2. Scroll to the Password section

3. Click Edit

4. Enter your new password and confirm it

5. Click Save

Your password must be at least 6 characters long.

Changing Your Email Address

Email addresses cannot be changed directly in the app. Please contact us at support@proofsy.io with your current email address and the one you'd like to switch to.

Forgot Your Password?

1. Go to the login page

2. Click Forgot Password

3. Enter the email address on your account

4. Check your inbox for a reset link

5. Click the link and set a new password

If you signed up using Google, you won't have a password — sign in using the Continue with Google button instead.

Signing Out

Click Logout at the bottom of the Settings sidebar, or use the profile menu in the top right corner.

Deleting Your Account

1. Go to Settings

2. Click Delete Account at the bottom of the sidebar

3. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears

If you're on a paid plan, cancel your subscription first to avoid being charged again. See Plans & Billing for instructions.
