Getting started
Creating your first space
A space is a dedicated collection page where your customers can submit testimonials. Each space has its own unique link, its own form configuration, and its own set of testimonials.
How to Create a Space
Go to Spaces in the sidebar
Click Create New Space
Walk through the three-step setup wizard
Step 1: Basic Details
Field | Description |
Name | Internal name for this space (e.g. "Product Feedback") — Keep in mind that this value is also used for your meta title |
Title | The title your customers see on the form |
Header description | A short subtitle or instructions for submitters |
Logo | Upload your logo (PNG, JPEG, or SVG, max 2MB) |
Theme Color | Pick a brand color for the form and button |
Visibility | Toggle between Live (public) and Draft (hidden) |
Step 2: Form Configuration
Choose which fields appear on your collection form and whether each is required, optional, or hidden:
Email address
Job title
Company
Profile picture
Photo attachment
You can also add up to 5 custom prompts — guiding questions shown above the testimonial field (e.g. "What problem did we solve for you?"). These help customers write more useful, specific testimonials.
You can also customize the submit button label (e.g. "Submit My Review", "Share My Story").
Step 3: Thank You Page
After someone submits a testimonial, they'll see a thank you page. You can customize:
Title — e.g. "Thank you so much!"
Message — A personal note of appreciation
Image — Optional image to display
Redirect URL — Send submitters to your website or another page automatically
All fields here are optional. If you skip this step, a default thank you message is shown.
After Creating Your Space
Once created, your space appears in the Spaces list. Click into it to:
Copy the collection link to share with customers
Open the live form in a new tab to preview it
Start reviewing incoming testimonials
