Usage limit & upgrading
Your plan includes limits on three things:
Resource | Free | Solo | Business / Founders |
Spaces | 1 | 3 | Unlimited |
Total Testimonials | 15 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Video Testimonials | 2 | 15 | Unlimited |
Checking Your Current Usage
Go to Settings → Usage
You'll see usage stats for each resource with a progress bar showing how close you are to your limit
Once a bar is full, you've reached your plan limit for that resource

What Happens When You Reach a Limit
Spaces limit reached — You'll see an error when trying to create a new space. Existing spaces continue to work.
Testimonial limit reached — New submissions to your collection forms will be blocked until you upgrade.
Video testimonial limit reached — Submitters will no longer be able to attach videos. Text testimonials still work.
In all cases, you'll see a prompt to upgrade your plan.
How to Upgrade
Go to Settings → Billing
Click Upgrade on the plan you want
Complete checkout — your limits increase immediately
Freeing Up Space Usage
⚠️ Deleting a space permanently removes it's configuration. Your testimonials will be unassigned.
If you don't want to upgrade but need a new space, you can delete an existing space to free up a slot.
