Troubleshooting your collection form
My form link isn't working / shows a "not found" page
Your space is most likely set to Draft. Public forms only work when a space is set to Live.
To fix this:
Go to Spaces
Find your space and look for the Live/Draft toggle
Switch it to Live
Your form link will immediately become accessible.

Customers are confused about required fields
If submitters are abandoning the form, your field requirements may be too strict. Consider making fields like email, job title, and company Optional instead of Required.
To adjust:
Go to Spaces → click the edit icon on your space
Go to Step 2 – Form Configuration
Change any field from Required → Optional or Hidden
Save your changes

The form isn't showing my logo or colors
Check that:
Your logo file is PNG, JPEG, or SVG and under 2MB
Your theme color is saved — go back to Step 1 of the space editor and confirm the color is set
Submissions aren't appearing in my dashboard
Submissions appear immediately in your space under Pending status. If you're not seeing them:
Make sure you're looking in the correct space
Try refreshing the page
Check that the Status filter isn't set to Approved only (switch it to All)
Customers say they submitted but I see nothing
Ask the customer to confirm they saw the thank you page after submitting. If they didn't see it, their submission likely didn't go through — they may have missed a required field.
You can test your own form by opening the form link in an incognito window and submitting a test testimonial.
The submit button label isn't updating
After changing the button label in your space settings (Step 2), you may need to do a hard refresh on the form page (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R) to clear the cache.
Video upload fails or is rejected
Recorde videos can't exceed 2 minutes.
